Free delivery for two sacks or more
CHARGES
• Orders below 7kg are charged at £4.95
• Orders over 7kg & below 19kg are charged at £3.95
• Orders over 19kg are delivered FREE
TIMESCALES
• Orders placed before 11am will be dispatched the same day (DPD 72 hour delivery)
• Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the following day (DPD 72 hour delivery)
• Orders after 11am Friday until 11am Monday items will be dispatched Monday (DPD 72 hour delivery)

RETURNS
We aim to process returns in 7 days, but please allow up to 14 days for exchange/refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us (in a resaleable condition) within 28 days and we’ll give you a full refund or exchange. If you request a refund then the amount paid will be refunded to your Paypal account (excluding postage). If you request an exchange and it is cheaper in price then we will automatically refund the difference, however if the item is more expensive then we will contact you for payment authorisation, this will incur additional postage
